Gino set up Good2know Hospitality in 2017 during a time when the cocktail market was heading towards its popularity peak. Starting as a dish washer to then training as a cocktail bartender within some of Bournemouth’s most elite venues he moved onto offering his services to small garden gatherings and hosting cocktail classes, before leaving for management positions across the UK and Spain within a number of established venues, restaurants and nightclubs. On return from a successful number of seasons in Spain he quickly re-built and established Good2know as the most prominent pop-up bar and staff agency for the most discerning cliental and leading industry suppliers within Dorset and Hampshire. Constantly brainstorming to develop the business model, level of service and product offerings he has set-up collaborations with many other event organisers and caterers, where you are likely to see Good2know hospitality on show across the South. A specialist in large scale event recruitment, training, and of course the art of mixology, he now manages a team of over seventy skilled hospitality staff and smaller pocket teams across the UK, with a passion on passing his knowledge to the next generation and to take this company National with our newly accredited training programmes.

One of the most popular faces from the Bournemouth bar scene throughout the years, Joe has been at the forefront of the art of mixology within the local scene developing menu's and training the next generation of superstars from within the most established venues across Dorset. A winner of multiple competitions, a favourite for many brand representatives Joe takes the art of mixology to another level with his own unique touch using molecular methods, clarifying, de-hydrating and creating his own syrups, purees and bitters. Since December 2021 Joe has taken on the role as head trainer & developer for all our recruits from level 1 to level 4 bar training, seeing them progress as well as they do justifys the reason why Good2know Hospitality bartenders are the very best there is.

Kevin has been within the hospitality industry for almost 25 years, circulating the Globe within management and entertainment roles for luxury 5* cruise liners, across the Country for every prestigious racing event and spectacle, managing teams delivering a 5* service wherever it is required. His knowledge and character is perfectly suited for the position of front of house trainer, us at Good2know are privileged to have him on board and now teaching our recruits the 5* way which we now offer as standard training and service offerings to our clients - keeping Good2know Hospitality one step ahead of the rest.

Hanna started with G2K behind the bars and waitressing for our regular clients, with the flexible hours it gave her a chance to study accounting. After completing AAT Level 2 she took on a bookkeeping role for the company. Although she's now behind a desk, she still attends staff training events to meet the recruits and organise payroll, and still enjoys hopping behind the bar every so often as you can't always take the bartender out of the bookkeeper

Dom is the owner of Resonant Visuals, a Videography & Photography business based in Bournemouth. Having been a Videographer for about 6 years working in a variety of different industries with a variety of clients, he's got a skillset sharper than a steak knife, with no environment he doesn't feel comfortable in. Picking up a camera from a young age Dom, has always been interested in creating technical online content for the masses, and his work-rate has lead him up and down the UK with some of the finest. Most frequently taking on a project with Red Bull as lead Photographer, there's no bridge he can't cross!

Jai joined us as Events Operations Manager after working in the hospitality industry for over 12 years across Melbourne, Brisbane and his hometown Bournemouth. Name a bar and Jai will have worked there! He brings with him a wealth of knowledge on running bars and restaurants, putting on first class events, and of course, mixing the best drinks. We’re thrilled that Jai is now on our senior team to help grow the Good2Know Hospitality family.


We are constantly on the look out for new and existing talent from within the hospitality industry specialising in all roles and offering all levels of service to our clients across the UK. We currently recruit and employ temporary postitions to a variety of major venues, festivals, event suppliers, bars, restaurants and of course for our own party packages throughout the year.

In an ideal World we are after those with plenty of experience, but know all too well since Covid and Brexit this something that is becoming harder to accomplish. As a recruitment company and a course provider we will offer free, basic practical training for those who are starting out, once completed and passing starter exams, you are guaranteed a part-time position with us with a minimum wage of £10 per hour.

Moving on from this and once passing a probation period upon completiton of a certain amount of hours we then give advanced training in front of house, up-selling, product knowledge, cocktail service and supervisory duties. Upon completion of the advanced courses, practical exams and completion of hours your basic hourly wage will increase to £15-20ph and all expenses reimbursed when out on our events.

  • Have you a minimum two years full-time experience within a fast paced, high turnover service environment?

  • Knowledgable and confident with products, wine pairing, spec sheets, and classic cocktails/dishes. (We will need to see evidence of this)

  • Confident in providing a 5* level of service for exclusive clientele, and wealthy net worth individuals.

  • Understand the legal aspects of bar service, and the night time industry.

  • Work well within a team? Remain calm under pressure, engage and entertain a crowd individually.

  • Able to provide at least two references?
